First, my name is Mallory. I love traveling to new places and seeing the unique parts of a town that set it apart. I especially love visiting national and state parks.
In my spare time, you can find me:
- Browsing through flea markets looking for unusual finds
- Reading a good book
As a child, I always wondered what it would be like to go exploring and travel to faraway places. Growing up, I realized I had a love for the outdoors. Anytime I went for a walk in the woods behind my house I loved the feeling it gave me to be surrounded by nature, which always seemed so peaceful and serene. Now that I’m older and can go camping my love for nature has only grown.
Sitting around a campfire while the stars twinkle surrounded by the beauty of a national or state park is something that can’t be beat. I remember how striking the Grand Canyon looked when I first laid eyes on it. And how amazing it felt to be on top of Mount Scott in the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge.

National and state parks offer a glimpse of the beauty that make up the world we live in. My goal is to share information about national and state parks to help others better understand the importance of visiting them.
I encourage feedback or comments on my posts. If you have any questions or would like to share some information with me, feel free to leave a comment and I’ll get back with you.
